A highly organized group of drug sellers exists in your community. It is well-managed and efficient at evading authorities. Previous attempts to infiltrate the organization using undercover officers or informants have ended in failure, and in one case the officer was in grave danger. What other tactics might be in order? explain in your own words
Weegy: Well, if you are saying that local authorities have tried to infiltrate the organization then I would have to suggest a joint-task force with the local and federal law enforcement agencies. [ Primarily the DEA on the federal level and the Narcotics division on the local level. Both of them should be very used to how the drug trade works and great ways to prevent it. Hope my answer helps. ] (More)

List the problems faced by American families today. Given the nature of all the problems,
Weegy: 1) Money (income, bills, credit) 2) Raising children (parenting skills differences) 3) Social pressures (drugs, alcohol, tobacco, [ fidelity) 4) Extended family issues (My mom her dad my sister her brother) 5) Religion (differences and loyalty) But the biggest problem that couples (families) have is COMMUNICATION vs SELFISHNESS As long as two people can see eye to eye realize that they are the only other person that they can always rely on and talk to as long as they are always open and honest with each other than they can overcome all of these problems and beat the odds and live a happy life together. (they also have to teach this to their children as well) hope that this helps you. Besides all of the above, another big issue is the high divorce rate. ] (More)

What is the impact of divorce on family members? Give some personal examples if possible. How would you explain
Weegy: As a licensed mental health professional, I work with many individuals, couples, and families who are affected by divorce. [ I see the devastating effects that breakups can have and am dedicated to helping people develop the skills to cope with experiences like divorce. Major Disruptions The decision to divorce causes major changes in the lives of all family members. Some upheaval is inevitable. The main trouble areas are: 1. Financial: Money becomes a huge problem for most people. The cost of a divorce is extremely high, and two households cost more than one. 2. Career: Being less focused at work and spending time away from the job for divorce-related appointments takes its toll. 3. Logistics: Running your home is more difficult because you no longer have a partner to help with daily chores. 4. Emotional: Most people have periods of depression, sadness, anger, and fatigue. Lots of Feelings People who are experiencing the breakup of their marriage can expect to have a wide variety of feelings. Some call it "the crazy time" and there is even a book about divorce with this title. The following complaints are common: • Poor concentration • Nightmares • Sleep problems • Fatigue • Mood swings • Feeling tense • Nausea • Gaining/losing weight • Feeling nervous • Somatic complaints Divorce profoundly affects children. In Surviving the Breakup, author Judith Wallerstein describes the experience of 60 divorcing families. She outlines the following key issues for children of divorcing families: Fear: Divorce is frightening to children, and they often respond with feelings of anxiety. Children feel more vulnerable after a divorce because their world has become less reliable. Fear of abandonment: One-third of the children in Wallerstein's study feared that their mother would abandon them. Confusion: The children in divorcing families become confused about their relationships with their parents. ] User: What is the impact of divorce on family ... (More)

For the safety of informants and undercover officers the use of electronic surveillance would be effective. A lot of drug dealers use phones to make transactions. Monitoring the calls and Pen registers would also be helpful in this situation since the organized group of drug sellers are well managed. The pen registers record the numbers dialed on the phone. do you agree are disagree with the statement explain why
Weegy: Disagree. Although it would be highly effective they would be unable to act on the drug dealers with stolen evidence. [ Without a special warrant of some kind you are not aloud to record or listen into a conversation even if it is to catch drug dealers. The numbers would only be useful if you were able to catch the drug dealer and you get a warrant of some sort. Otherwise the evidence is circumstantial in court and otherwise useless ] (More)

A small juvenile gang composed of no more than 15 members has been active in the community recently. Their members have been linked to drug sales, assaults, thefts, and graffiti. The gang is multi-racial and appears to be led by a slightly older person who is about 20 years of age. what would you do to stop this
Weegy: Personally i would report this group to the police station for their caution and ask them to strength the security of the community. Once the group does something against laws they could be caught. (More)
