can i claim benefits if i give up my job to look after my daughter as she is out of control, misbehaving and is going to end up in alot of trouble
You can probably take a parental leave, and still claim some benefits. You would have to check your companies specific rules, though. If you are satisfied with my answer, please click 'Good' on the ratings.

After taking away all of her luxury items if she is still staying out later than you approve of, you may be able to get the law involved. In many areas, there is a city wide curfew for children under 16 or 18.
