Why is non-verbal communication important when testifying before a jury, and what suggestions do you have for helping a testifying officer make a positive impression on a jury?
sometime non-verbal communication is everything when testifying body language and fasical expression says more the words can. The facial expression and the persons eyes says the whole story sometimes.
