Weegy: Children are future leaders, although at most children develop leadership qualities at tender age, it is not applicable to all children, as most children develop theirs at a later stage. [ But not withstanding , the most important point is that at each stage of development a child should learn and grab what is necessary for his mental and physical growth. This responsibility falls within educators and child care providers and parents.
