9x + 26 + 7x - 17 = 2x + (-3x) + 5x
16x + 9 = 4x
16x - 4x = -9
12x = -9
x = -9/12 = -3/4

The solution set of 18 - 3n + 2 = n + 20 - 4n is all reals.
18 - 3n + 2 = n + 20 - 4n
-3n + 20 = -3n + 20
-3n + 3n = 20 - 20
0 = 0
So there are infinite solution for the equation.
