False. Critical Thinking and Criticizing are both different things. Critical Thinking means when there is some important issue on hand or troubled situation at that time there could be worthwhile important decision have to be made. At that time you may say that we are thinking very hard on this matter or say doing critical thinking. for more info

Criticizing means to analyze other people's efforts or idea and give your opinion as per that. It could be positive or negative. Most of the time when Critic word is used it means negative comments for the idea or people.
