1. Describe one academic and one professional goal you have created using the SMART criteria. Explain why you selected those goals.
Describing first the SMART criteria, in which SMART stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable or Attainable, Realistic, and Time Framed. [ SMART criteria helps me academically and professionally as well by Setting goals and deciding what I want to do. I've discovered how my personality may be working against me, and by creating a strategic plan for my future. I personally select all the
criteria for I know it will be of great help for me on whatever path leads me. ]
