Width of the rectangle (w) = 4 feet
Solving for the Length of the rectangle (L) , therefore P = 2(L) + 2 (w) ,
24 feet = 2 (L) + 2 (4)
24 feet = 2L + 8
24 -8 = 2L
16 feet /2 = L
8 feet = L , Length of the Rectangle.
