Q: Need help with maths..Question:3(x-1)=x+4..The solution given..x=3.5.My question??How did they get the value of x is 3.5.Thanks!
A: 3(x - 1) = x + 4 3x - 3 = x + 4 3x - x = 4 +3 2x = 7 x = 7/2
