Life Direction has three parts: vision, setting goals and a plan of action. Provide a brief description of each three and discuss their importance
*A vision is a picture or idea you have in your mind of yourself, your business, or anything this is going to happen. A clear vision helps you pursue dreams and achieve goals; an idea of the future, a strong wish. [ A vision that is clear will open your mind to the endless possibilities of the future.
*Goal setting can take a variety of forms. The main purpose is to outline a set of clear
objectives and the means by which to reach them. Goals help teams and individuals reach a destination and track their progress and participation during the experience. Goals provide direction and a plan that can always remain open to revision as progress is assessed.Goals can help a person stay focused and maintain motivation to maintain certain activities required to achieve a goal, such as exercising to lose weight or saving money to buy a certain item. Goals can help direct behavior and define a person's priorities.
*Plan of Action is A sequence of steps that must be taken, or activities that must be performed well, for a strategy to succeed. An action plan has three major elements (1) Specific tasks: what will be done and by whom. (2) Time horizon: when will it be done. (3) Resource allocation: what specific funds are available for specific activities. An effective action plan should give you a concrete timetable and set of clearly defined steps to help you to reach your objective, rather than aimlessly wondering what to do next. It helps you to focus your ideas and provides you with an answer to the question ‘‘What do I do to achieve my objective?
