Usually teacher began his/her lesson with personal questions, like: “How are you ” or “Is it a hard day for you today ” or “Did you do anything interesting yesterday / at the weekend ” or Start telling them own reflections on a recent event, [ which might interest them, like: “Imagine, what happened to me at the weekend / yesterday …” or “Have you heard that …? This generates some speaking, evokes interest and gives the lesson a dynamic start. [smile]
