He is best known for his eponymous laws of planetary motion, codified by later astronomers, based on his works Astronomia nova, Harmonices Mundi, and Epitome of Copernican Astronomy. These works also provided one of the foundations for Isaac Newton's theory of universal gravitation.

yes , because of his extremely scrupulous conscience and false vocation to religious life, decided to reform the Church.He didn't like the selling of indulgences and other corrupt practices. It is important to point out that there were many things that need reform in the Catholic Church, but it was the pope's job, not Martin Luther's.
