Question and answer
What is the difference between a problem and an issue? How is the word problem used differently here than in regular speech? Can problems become issues or issues become problems? How?
Problems can just be questions, or obstacles but an issue can be an obstacle that leads to hampering symptoms on each individual who tries to overcome the odds. An issue can ensue if one isn't ready to solve the problem. [ Sometimes the problem may exist within oneself, and the issue is made present by one's own reaction to the problem, creating negative effects. The problem may or may not be a
catalyst, which can lead to subsequent issues. ]
