Question and answer
Q: Identify the different ways of researching, organising and reporting information.
A: To research and report information you need a number of different and transferable skills such as persistence and the ability to make a judgement about what is and what isn?t relevant. [ To avoid wasting time, [ holding other people up or preventing a deadline, it is important to agree exactly what you have been asked to do before you begin your research. In most cases verbal explanations are
sufficient but in others you may need to put the terms of reference into writing. Points you may want to consider: ? ? ? ? ? ? What is the specific purpose of gathering the information? What format should it be displayed in? What should be the limits of research? How in-depth does the information need to be/how much detail is actually needed? Where do I find the information/who can I speak to? How much time do I have to find the information? ? ? How confidential is the information? Are there any cost factors? You need to ensure that you know all of these points before starting the research task because if you don?t know what you need to do, when the deadline is and who it is for there is more chance of you making a mistake and missing deadlines. target=_blank rel='nofollow'> target=_blank rel='nofollow'>https://docs.google.com/viewer?a=v&q=cache:CNvfslhPi8AJ:' target=_blank rel='nofollow'>www.paigntonsec.co.uk/Docs/business-admin/business-admin-technical-certificate/QCF%2520Tech%2520Cert%2520handouts/CT184.pdf+different+ways+of+researching,+organising+and+reporting+information&hl=hu&pid=bl&srcid=ADGEESgw6ImMOKuE5LnR3wpzz6ZJwqQENk9nZdAzSzxbH09f8El8k58ZXq27lCCAgJg5lEF2zRj3xKZVsG9Zz7FE_oHN1wQcHn9fK2-A_OiU0hJlpiuorSGrnOrDUVa2d2KjSB_jwDxB&sig=AHIEtbRwQhTOlL8oWP5MADGPkBISR-mBGQ ]
