Q: Analyse how different management styles may influence outcomes of team performance
A: Through the years, economists and business gurus have fostered and developed several management styles, each surfacing from a different school of thought. However, they all have the same bottom line, that is profit, be it Maslow, Mayo or Drucker. [ They may follow different routes but all are headed to the same destination - good business! Different "styles" are also propounded with reference to
