Question and answer
How does human activity impact greenhouse gases found in the atmosphere?
Well, mostly our carbon dioxide emissions from burning fossil fuels, contributing to the 'greenhouse effect' which traps heat energy inside the Earth's biosphere. [ Gases such as methane (can come from spray cans) and also carbon dioxide are also burning away the Ozone Layer, a helpful layer of the stratosphere which blocks the most of the harmful UV rays from the sun. ]

How does human activity impact greenhouse gases found in the atmosphere?
Weegy: A greenhouse gas (sometimes abbreviated GHG) is a gas in an atmosphere that absorbs and emits radiation within the thermal infrared range. [ This process is the fundamental cause of the greenhouse effect.[1] The primary greenhouse gases in the Earth's atmosphere are water vapor, carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide, and ozone. In the Solar System, the atmospheres of Venus, Mars, and Titan also contain gases that cause greenhouse effects. Greenhouse gases greatly affect the temperature of the Earth; without them, Earth's surface would be on average about 33 ?C (59 ?F)[note 1] colder than at present.[2][3][4] Since the beginning of the Industrial Revolution, the burning of fossil fuels has contributed to the increase in carbon dioxide in the atmosphere from 280 ppm to 390 ppm, despite the uptake of a large portion of the emissions through various natural "sinks" involved in the carbon cycle.[5][6] Anthropogenic carbon dioxide (CO2 ) emissions come from combustion of carbonaceous fuels, principally wood, coal, oil, and natural gas (Wikipedia). ] (More)

Most scientists believe that human activity is altering the composition of the atmosphere by increasing the concentration of greenhouse gases (GHGs). Greenhouse gases occur naturally in the atmosphere and their presence results in what atmospheric scientists call the greenhouse effect. It is important to remember that the greenhouse effect is what keeps the earth warm enough to be habitable. The current concern is directed at an enhanced greenhouse effect, one that would put more heat-absorbing gases into the atmosphere, thereby increasing global temperatures. The enhanced greenhouse effect has been linked to increased GHG emissions from human activities.

What are some simple changes humans can do to help keep the Earth cooler in the future?
Weegy: Some simple changes to cool the earth are Drive less. Walk, bike, carpool, take mass transit, and/or trip chain. Adjust your thermostat. [ Keeping your thermostat at 68 degrees in winter and 78 degrees in summer not only helps with your energy bills, but it can reduce carbon dioxide emissions as well. Plant a tree. A single tree can absorb one ton of carbon dioxide over its lifetime. ] (More)

What are some facts about greenhouse gases?
Weegy: Greenhouse gases absorb solar energy and trap it in the atmosphere, just as glass panes trap heat in a greenhouse (reference 1). [ Although many greenhouse gases are naturally occurring, human activities such as the burning of fossil fuels contribute to the greenhouse effect. The most abundant greenhouse gases in our atmosphere are carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide and fluorinated gases (reference 2). According to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, synthetic fluorinated gases, which result from industrial practices like semiconductor manufacturing and energy production, have the highest Global Warming Potential (GWP) due to their potential contribution to human-induced climate change (reference 3).
