we are humans communicating in an electronic environment. It is no different from face-to-face communication, except that we must take care of words and how we frame them. What do you think we can do to make it run more smoothly?

When given a flexible schedule, we sometimes make it too flexible! I like scheduling and putting my responsibilities on a calendar of some sort. With it in writing, it helps me to take it more seriously. What have you looked at to combat this?
