Question and answer
Much like individuals, organizations also exist within the community. How does an organizations responsibility within a community differ from the individuals responsibility?
In my opinion, an organization's responsibility within a community differs from individual responsibility in a sense that the organization looks for the welfare of the members of the organization. [ Whereas, individual responsibility pertains to oneself's well-being. ]

Organizations have an increased scope of responsibility within the community compared to the individual. An individual's scope of responsibility rests with personal conduct. How you as an individual interact with your community is all you need to control or be worried about. An individual is responsible for his or her own actions. Public perception of individual efforts or shortfalls go largely un-noticed. Organizations on the other hand have a broader scope of responsibility and scrutiny. The organization not only must not only be concerned with their level of community responsibility, but they must monitor the individuals who work for them and the other organizations in their sectors involvement as well.
