Numbers from 1 to 24 that are not divisible by 3 are: 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, 13, 14, 16, 17, 19, 20, 22 and 23. So there are 16 numbers that are not divisible by 3. So the probability that you will not get a number divisible by 3 is 16/24 = 2/3. So the answer is D. 2/3.
