Suggest 5 recommendations on how to address the environmetal problems?solution how to solve the problem
Weegy: The first stage in addressing an environmental problem is to define it accurately. This is done by using information sources and techniques that can help locate and identify issues related to the problem. [ [ The problem is defined in a detailed, step-by-step manner that highlights all its associated effects that require immediate attention. The first stage also includes the identification of opportunities and challenges in defining the environmental problems. The objective of stage two is to detail the (step-by-step) process involved in achieving a desired result. The goals and measures defined are SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and time sensitive). This stage also determines whether desired results have been achieved or not. Each individual goal is isolated and its specific measures are identified. This stage defines how to select the team that will plan, implement and monitor the environmental strategy. The team should be well suited to develop an appropriate strategy and achieve its desirable goals. A team of experts with well-defined roles, responsibilities, skill sets and knowledge should form the leadership component of the process. An overall manager will oversee all operations, manage resources, select and deselect team members, and put in time to work on the implementation of the defined strategy. This stage details a work plan and ways that ensure its successful implementation. Work plans are developed by team leaders who are fully committed to achieving desired objectives. 10 ways in which impact invironmental health negatively
Weegy: Hazardous Waste In addition to releasing gases and particles into the atmosphere, humans produce waste that is dumped on the environment. [ [ [ Often, this waste is hazardous and dangerous to both nature and human life. The levels of dangerous wastes continue to grow. Industries and individuals continue to be largely unaware of this major environmental problem. As a result, many people and industries are failing to prevent the creation of hazardous waste or to limit the negative effects it produces. Individuals often throw out goods without realizing that they are headed for a landfill and could be dangerous for the environment. No matter where people put these hazardous waste materials, there is always a chance that they could find their way into the ground, and eventually into our bodies. Corporations usually want to avoid the costs associated with having to limit creation of hazardous waste. Consequently, they build landfills on site and fill them with waste, or sometimes pay to have their waste removed. Often, hazardous materials are transported to areas that accept money to take the waste. It may prove very difficult to reduce hazardous waste in the future. Unlike many other environmental problems, waste creation is something people do not often think about. In the future, people may have to reduce not only their generation of hazardous waste, but also their consumption of many products that end up in landfills. ] ] ] (More)

@khristinecleric,

The word 'tubacco' is not found in dictionary. So, the correct word should be 'tobacco'. Might be it was a typo from the user.

10 Viruses
Weegy: 1. Nimda: This combo-platter hacker program was the sum of all malware-based fears; i.e., it was a trojan, a virus, and a worm in one package. This nasty little hybrid was capable of infecting your computer in many different ways. [ It also managed to become the world's most prevalent virus at the time in less than an hour after it was unleashed online. 2. ILOVEYOU: Hands down, this was one of the most destructive malware ever created by man. Millions of computers were compromised and about the same amount of dollars were lost by this virus that hid behind an email and masqueraded as a love letter. This is the one virus that could claim to have shut down the computer networks of the Pentagon and CIA during its heyday. 3. Code Red: This is yet another highly widespread and damaging virus (which was, incidentally, named after a short-lived Mountain Dew variant) that has infected as many as three hundred sixty thousand computers in just one day. It's also the most difficult virus to remove in a system, because it can easily re-infect a machine that has just been cleaned. The amounts of resources and IT personnel time it ate up were also staggering. 4. Slammer: This malware has been described by experts as a tremendously quick-spreading computer worm that is capable of infecting the most exposed and vulnerable hosts within minutes of its deployment. This byte-sized malware terror was able to infect over seventy-five thousand machines worldwide after it was launched on January 25, 2003. 5. Blaster: Although it wasn't the most hazardous worm in the world because of its coding flaws, it was still one of the most hyped up and overexposed malware programs of all time because of the huge amounts of attention the media gave to it. An updated variant of this worm was created by an eighteen-year-old hacker named Jeffery Lee Parson, which quickly infected over fifty thousand machines worldwide. 6. ... (More)
