I wasn't able to find the answer in the link your provided. Question/answer sites are not the most reliable sources though unless the person answering the question also provides a source. Oliver H. Kelley founded the Grange.

It was there but it turned out to be a wrong answer. You are right; i have found it in the wiki.

Along with several other associates, he founded the National Grange of the Patrons of Husbandry in 1867.
