1. Another department's supervisor fails to give you information that you should have received. As a result, your department's productivity has gone down. How do you handle the situation?
Weegy: I would have a sit down with the other department's supervisor in a non-confrontational manner. Maybe request a five minute sit down over coffee before the work day starts. [ I would find any way not to attack the other person, but instead, find a way to offer my assistance so that things get done timely. Maybe suggest a weekly e-mail or weekly coffee meeting before the start of work to discuss the current news. ] User: You have just received feedback about the quality of your department's work. You have been following a complicated paperwork process for months. When looking through some old files you find a new page of process instructions you did not see before. These new instructions change the results of the process substantially. It would take you several days to re-do the work. What would you do?
