Out of the choices provided, D. Texas Charter of Rights was not a fundamental document that influenced the development of the U.S. government. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ While the Virginia Declaration of Rights and the Massachusetts Constitution were not as "influential" as the Declaration of Independence in the eyes of many historians, the Texas Charter of Rights was not a big influence mainly because it DID NOT EVEN EXIST.
