Cross contamination when you cook using unwashed spoons and when you use a knife or chopping board on meat and then transfer it onto non-pultry items! also you may cut yourself using a knife and keep the handles that are on the hob inwards so [ little children don't push the pands over! Also, by not labelling and dating foodstuffs in the fridge/freezer. If out of date foods are cooked and

Describe ways to contribute to an environment that promotes well-being
Weegy: 1. Do not watch TV. You are made to desire things that you do not need. 2. Do not buy at Walmart. [ You are buying not well made goods and are made by people in a far away land (used to be manufactured here but was outsourced in the name of profit, stock holders and noisy unions). 3. Read. Not graphic novels or magazines with lots of pictures. Books with words. You will then be required to visualize what you read and this is a lot richer than the usual stuff on TV. (And without commercials for stuff you don't need). 4. Don't eat fast foods. Yes, they taste good but, and this is a big butt, gravity and staring at a TV (that again!) will dispatch you from this existence faster than you can imagine. ] (More)
