Question and answer
Q: Identify common hazards when handling and storing food
A: Cross contamination when you cook using unwashed spoons and when you use a knife or chopping board on meat and then transfer it onto non-pultry items! also you may cut yourself using a knife and keep the handles that are on the hob inwards so [ little children don't push the pands over! Also, by not labelling and dating foodstuffs in the fridge/freezer. If out of date foods are cooked and
served it causes infection. Eg: eggs, which contain salmonella. ]
