I think it's 50/50 on that seeing how some people are nosey and want to know everyone busyness, but at the same time I know that I would want to know mainly to protect my self and family. I really don't think that juveniles should have rights if they commit a capital crime like murder. Taking someone's life is not like taking a CD from a store and I feel that most teen's know what murder is so there is no reason them to think they can kill someone and get away with it. Should certain juvenile offenders be waived to adult courts? Why or why not? Should juveniles who commit serious capital crimes under the age of 16 be eligible for the death penalty? Why or why not?
Weegy: There are no pros. It's inhumane, crazy, and shows no aspects of forgiveness. We need to turn away from the "eye for an eye" Anyways, kids brains aren't fully developed until around 18.
