How do modern people turn to alternative medicine to help doctors in their profession?
Weegy: Because our selection could not be inclusive, [ we have also added a listing of several other promising new healing tools and we will be updating both the list and our articles as time goes on. All of these alternative approaches have one thing in common: They exist because modern medicine simply isn't working very well, and, in some cases, appears to be causing a great deal of harm. It is this failure of mainstream medicine, I believe, that has led to the current surge of interest in natural alternatives, not only in the United States but around the world. And I think it's important that we all work positively to support the natural healing trend, so that the ''official'' medical economic interest groups will not succeed in their campaign to take from us our freedom of choice in caring for our own bodies. ] (More)

benefit of the modern technology to the poor
Weegy: The benefits are increased productivity in the work place. At home...all your electronic gadgets do most of the work for you so that you have more time for leisure. Progress in medecine. [ People now live longer. However...modern technology has also created problems As technology in the work place replaced people...those people lost their job. On the home front...people with more time on their hand spend that time watching television or surfing the internet instead of doing something productive with their life. People living longer because of new medecine put an extra economic burden on society as most older people don't have the revenue to pay for that medecine. All in all...it is 50% good and 50% bad...which bring you back to square one. We are just fooling ourselve into believing that we are better off. Yes our life is different to what it was 40 years ago...but we are paying a high price for it. Source: ] (More)
