The different factors that might affect an individual s ability to express their view are ; self esteem, location (one might not express atheist beliefs in a church), if they have a speech impediment, [ understanding of the topic and possibly nerves would all affect your ability to express your opinion. ]

Things that differ between individuals other than their preferences is the way in which they communicate, not all people receiving care can tell you verbally what they want due to disability, language differences they can’t hear the question or maybe they can’t understand the question.
