Question and answer
Which model of criminal justice is best suited to deal with crime problems of the future and why?
Restorative justice. The process of having the criminal facing his victim & saying sorry for what he's done & have the victim tell them of their hardship & consequence of their crimes have affected their life. [ I feel once the perpetrator has to see for real what damage they have done, see the real victim in their pain, they can have remorse & have less chance to re-offend. ]

Should the type of crime determine adult consideration?
Weegy: A crime is a crime. No matter who commits it. Identify and discuss the societal trends that will impact the criminal justice system over the next ten years.
Weegy: The societal trends that I see impacting the criminal justice system over the next 10 years are not as easy to identify as I once thought. [ It is a question that has baffled most since the caveman first broke into another caveman’s cave and stole his fruit. There are political impacts as well that must be taken into account, as well as technology and financial. The issue of financial is relatively easy to identify as there is a strong and decisive widening of the classes. Combine that fact with the drive to keep up with the Jones’s and you are well on your way to understanding why the drive for financial independence would be an identifiable impact on today’s as well as the future of criminal justice methods. Technology is another impact that must be taken into consideration. As technology advances and the power of technology improve, the capability and opportunity for cyber crime will also advance. It will become increasingly difficult to track and catch these cyber criminals unless the criminal justice system catches up and keeps up with the advancing technologies. ] User: Which model of criminal justice is best suited to deal with crime problems of the future and why?
