When you greeted them with a smile and said hi how can you help them, got them what they wanted in a timely manner, and delivered it with a smile and asked if you can do anything else for them.

Weegy: I was in my store doing the normal job, when I found some drop of milk on the floor, there was a trail. I have just served a lady customer. [ I remembered seeing a bottle of milk on her trolly, I followed the trail of milk drops on the floor and found the lady, informing her about the leaking bottle. I asked her if she want a new bottle, but she said she would be alright. How I know if this is customer service. Well!
