Q: hi, I would like to have a good closing to a resignation letter.
A: It is with mixed emotions that I must write this letter of resignation, effective October 27th, 2006, as I have accepted a position as an associate in London. [ It has always been my goal to return to London to be closer to my family, and it was simply an opportunity I could not turn down.
I want to thank you for not only these past five years of employment, but for mentoring me, and trusting
me with the care of your patients. For that I am truly grateful.
I have enjoyed working with you and the entire staff and feel that everyone has been integral in my development as a dentist. I have learned much from you, and look forward to bringing this knowledge with me to my next position.
I trust that we can continue our professional relationship, and I wish you and the practice continued success. ]
