Question and answer
What is motivating you to look for an opportunity outside of your current position?
Most of the cases, it's the other way around. when one has a professional dissident within the current environment and when the work is not appreciated for a long period, then one tends to look out. [ That point of a time, their motivational factor is just 'Challenging profile & good work environment'. Ideally a challenging work environment with financial stability, is a generic factor for
venturing out for many professionals. In Many instances, especially for the Senior positions, it's that some incident of difference-of-opinion with Management leads to the way-out. And in these situations, it's all starts during the notice period. Many organisations standardised on a 3 month notice period and I guess this is an optimal time line to get into new opportunity. Having said that, many cases are based on unique 'incidents' with unique requirements. ]
