How will you maintain your motivation through the course of achieving long-term goals?
Once you've decided on your first set of goals, keep the process going by reviewing and updating your To-Do List on a daily basis. Periodically review the longer term plans, and modify them to reflect your changing priorities and experience. [ (A good way of doing this is to schedule regular, repeating reviews using a computer-based diary.)So motivation, in its best form, is a way for you to
want to do something. There may be times, for example, when you don’t feel like getting up early, and in those times you may seriously just want to sleep in (not that there’s anything wrong with that).
