King Arthur may have lived in the late 5th century to early 6th century. Other early reference to Arthur who have written the compilation, attributed to the Welsh monk Nennius in the Historia Britonum, he have written this compilation of early Welsh history around the year AD 830. King Arthur was one of the casualty in the Battle of Camlann, he fought against the forces of Mordred. This can be dated to the 10th century, if Leland reproduced the script of this inscription accurately.
