Hi andrew/debnjerry!

I am looking for an answer by a moderator. Is there any new policy that 'deducts' the amount earned by the expert. An expert I referred mentioned this to me, saying that he had 60 cent yesterday, and now has only 24 c in his monthly earning. Can you please confirm why is that?
