Question and answer
What is the difference between revising and editing? Why is it difficult to do both at once? Which should be done first and why?
Editing is fixing grammatical and spelling errors. Revising is changing the arrangement of words, and the content. It is difficult because when revising you have to actually think about what makes sense and "revise" it. [ When editing you are just looking for spelling mistakes and don't have to know what you are reading. [ When doing both you have to multitask and may make mistakes. ] ]

Identify an introductory technique that could be used to grab the reader’s attention and showcase the main idea.
Weegy: should be compelling and engaging. It should pique reader interest and coerce them to take action. It has to be educative and entertaining…. Etc. There is an endless list of do’s and don’ts for seo copywriting. [ Let’s try to summarise and define some features that should be integral part of your web content writing. First, seo copywriting should grab attention, then create interest, and make the audience desire the product, service or idea you are selling. Lastly, it should entice the reader to take action. This is an established formula in web marketing and helps sales tremendously. Although this formula sounds easy, it is rather tough to implement in your daily web content writing. There are many techniques to get your readers attention. Headlines are very important to grab reader attention in web content writing. After the headline, a short introduction helps tremendously to get attention. They should not be long and boring, but rather succinct and to the point. After you get reader attention, you must be able to create and hold interest. Mostly, all readers who understand what the web copy is about and find it useful will continue to read. Now, you must develop strong arguments in your seo copywriting. These arguments should be presented in an engaging and attractive style. It is also important to deliver on the promise; i.e. you should ensure that you write on the subject that you mentioned about in the headline and introduction. Otherwise, you would be misleading the audience and it will affect the web traffic. After reading about the write up in detail, you should be able to make the ... (More)

There are several common ways to start an introductory paragraph. Identify one you think would fit your topic the most effectively.
Weegy: If you're looking for the basics... Your first sentence should be a 'hook'. That can be anything from an interesting question to a quote. Try and make it around 8 words or less. It gets the reader interested. Then go into the 'background'. [ Just a brief informal sentence. From background info, move into a one sentence 'specific' topic. - just more in depth from the background. Then 'bridge'. That's a sentence that connects your specified topic to your thesis. And then you've arrived at your thesis statement. Be sure to include the book or film you're writing about within it if that's the type of paper you're writing. Also include the 'three topics' your paper is on within your thesis statement. And voila. You're done. Good luck! (if that makes any sense whatsoever) Lol. ] (More)
