What are the benefits of a comprehensive juvenile justice strategy? What aspects of a comprehensive strategy contribute to those benefits? What are the drawbacks to implementing a comprehensive juvenile justice strategy?
Even on a juvenile level, the system has the ability to teach future adults about the the ability to "eshew one group over another(the state vs. [ the juvenile)".Hopeful, this important third edict of american law and the ability of first contact(the police) will deter most juveniles from further abberant behavior against the aim of society and property. The drawback is the non-compliant behavior
of those who are not affected by the initial contact. The resiliancy of the subject to overcome that intial contact, with increased resentment that escalates the abberant behavior, is the result of cause and effect. ]
