User: how to demonstrate practices that ensure security when storing and accessing information?

Weegy: All information that is stored electronically should be password incripted and only accessable to staff with the password. [ All other sensitive information should be kept secure by it up in a secure room such as a staff office or even in a seperate building. ]

User: how to maintain records that are up to date ,complete, accurate and legible?

Weegy: explain how to maintain records so that they are up to date, complete, accurate and legible. Answer: 1. The only way is to keep the data on computer, especially if you want the records legible. [ As far as being up to date, complete and accurate, you will need to update the records on a periodic basis, making certain that all data is correct. 2. Use a table, such as Excel, to maintain your records. Or you can create a table on Word. Depending upon the material in question, I use both. I have Word 2007 and I like it, especially when it comes to creating tables. I am able to sort the information automatically whenever I need to, make necessary corrections, and inserting information without much trouble. ]

User: how to support others to understand the need for secure handling of information?

Weegy: You can be seen doing this or explain how you did it in a reflective account. [ For example you explained to a colleague what must be done under the Data Protection Act and you explained to Mrs Jones not to show her bank details to anyone. ]
