The equation of the line that contains the point (2, -3) and has slope 4 is y = 4x - 11

y = mx + b or

-3 = 4 * 2+ b:

-b = 8 + 3; -b = 11; b = -11

y = mx + b or

-3 = 4 * 2+ b:

-b = 8 + 3; -b = 11; b = -11

(4x^2 + 2x + 1) (x - 5)

= 4x^3 - 20x^2 + 2x^2 - 10x + x - 5;

= 4x^3 - 18x^2 -9x - 5

= 4x^3 - 20x^2 + 2x^2 - 10x + x - 5;

= 4x^3 - 18x^2 -9x - 5

(6x + 1)^2

= (6x + 1)(6x + 1)

= 36x^2 + 6x + 6x + 1

= 36x^2 + 12x + 1

= (6x + 1)(6x + 1)

= 36x^2 + 6x + 6x + 1

= 36x^2 + 12x + 1
