Question and answer
What role does a project retrospective perform? How is it different than a post-project evaluation conducted by the project manager and the project team?
A project retrospective is a way to look back at events that have already taken place and help managers increase the effectiveness of their teams. [ Regularly held retrospectives break the repetition of ineffective program and project management practices, give the opportunity to solve immediate problems through rapid application of key learning, and increase the probability of affecting
behavioral changes. Retrospectives should not be a one-time event that happens at the end of a program or project. Team members should meet at strategic points during the project life cycles to discuss what is working and what needs to be improved. Retrospectives explore what is working well on a project and ensure that good practices are reinforced and repeated. ]

Explain why it is preferred to use typed rather than untyped datasets.
Weegy: With typed datasets you are the one who tells what to do. You specify exactly what you want, no matter if it is not exactly what you have in the database. With untyped dataset you have to follow the database structure. [ The database tells you what to do. The select statements may return much more columns that you need, or with different names. ] User: List and describe three properties of the ADO.NET Command object. Weegy: As with the connection object, there are provider-specific classes for the command object. For example, the SQL Server Provider has the class SqlCommand and the OLEDB .NET Data Provider has the class OleDbCommand. [ The Command Classes implement the IDbCommand Interface, which has methods like ExecuteReader(), ExecuteNonQuery(), ExecuteScalar(), CreateParameter(), Cancel() and Prepare(). The interface also has the following properties: Connection, CommandTimeout, CommandType, CommandText, Parameters and Transaction. We will be discussing all these properties and methods, so don't worry about that. ] (More)
