Do you believe there is such a thing as a culture of poverty? explain
This is an opinion-based type of question. On a personal note, I believe so, in a sense that poverty is passed on generations after generations like culture. This is a sad thing. [ You can also look at it in a way some people develop this "habit" of just being contented about what they have; satisfied that they just eat once a day or being homeless. They tend to think that what they have is
enough. This thinking sort of become their culture for as long as they live. ]
