Question and answer
Q: Consider the two areas in which employee rights and employer responsibilities could result in conflict. Describe these areas, and explain how this conflict might arise.
A: Conflict in the workplace occurs due to varying personalities and perspectives. Even employers and employees will have differences of opinion or even larger issues since no relationship is immune to potential conflicts. [ Employers and employees may not see eye to eye on a professional or personal level. The ideal outcome would be that both parties will ultimately find that putting aside
conflict and reaching out to an impartial third party will put their conflict to rest. (Difference in Approach to Projects) This type of conflict may actually provide a positive outcome for any given project since both parties express a strong and committed desire to achieve the project. Ensuring the positive outcome may prove challenging if the employer and the employee stand strong in their position. One example of such a conflict may be that the employer is more detail-oriented and sees each step minutely while the employee may wish to approach the project with more flair and to work more collaboratively with fellow employees. source: ]
