Weegy: In my opinion, the initial response and emotion that comes to us during a reaction, such as love or fear, is the biological state of emotion, the reason why we all share the same emotions. [ The physiological part of emotion is based off of the person’s reasoning, the response after the initial reaction. Therefore, emotion is of both natures, and the more complex human live become, the more complex emotions will develop. When it comes to going to class and dealing with any of the five main emotions, all can hinder academic progress in some way if not properly under control. Every student that completes a degree of some sort will probably face intense love, joy, anger, sadness, or fear. For example, if a student recently loses an immediate loved one, sadness is going to be so intense that the student might have to take a break from class. When it comes to a disagreement (especially online) with another student or instructor, anger can get out of control and can do major damage to both students motivation to want to proceed with the class, which could cost a couple of days to cool off. Not only that, losing temper in a classroom environment could call for disciplinary action. ] (More)
